Thermoplastic Concentrates Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Rachel Bond will present at the Thermoplastic Concentrates Conference, to be held in Tampa, Florida on January 29 – 31, 2024. Rachel’s presentation, “U.S. State Laws and Other Emerging Issues Affecting Food-Contact Materials,” will provide an overview of state legislation on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), as well as other state laws addressing different chemicals of concern. Additionally, Rachel will provide insights into other future initiatives impacting food-contact materials.
