NAPIM/NPIRI 2016 Fall Technical Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Catherine Nielsen and Associate Katie Skaggs will give presentations at the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers (NAPIM) and the National Printing Ink Research Institute (NPIRI) Technical Conference. Ms. Nielsen will provide an overview of the regulation of printing inks for food packaging in the U.S. and the European Union (EU). Ms. Skaggs will speak on FDA’s Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) mandated by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and how it impacts the food packaging supply chain. She will also give a presentation on how recent changes with respect to California’s Proposition 65 will impact the graphic arts supply chain.
