Keller and Heckman Partners Kathryn (Katie) Skaggs and Jean-Cyril (JC) Walker will give presentations at Food Contact Regulations USA 2023, to be held virtually and in Washington, DC on June 29-30, 2023. In its sixth year, this conference will cover the latest updates to legislation affecting food contact materials (FCMs). In particular, new federal and state legislation, together with manufacturer-led sustainability mandates, are reshaping the FCMs landscape. Katie will provide an update on PFAS laws and regulations in her presentation, "Regulatory developments on PFAS in food packaging."
