2025 Practical Food Law Seminar

Keller and Heckman is excited to announce that our Practical Food Law Seminar will be returning to Chicago in 2025, being held Tuesday, March 11 - Thursday, March 13, at the Royal Sonesta Chicago.  

This 3-day course provides members of the food industry with a comprehensive overview of the applicable statutory and regulatory framework for foods, including dietary supplements. The seminar will focus on food safety, as well as labeling and advertising.
