2025 Paper Packaging Law Seminar
Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce that our 9th Annual Paper Packaging Law Seminar will be held May 6 - 7, 2025, in Charlotte, NC. This comprehensive course will address food-contact regulatory issues relevant to paper producers, as well as their additive suppliers, converters, and downstream customers.
Program highlights include:
- The regulation of food-contact paper in the U.S., including the basics of FDA regulation and industry-specific topics
- An overview of paper packaging laws in the EU, including Germany’s BfR Recommendation 36
- Tips to assess incoming compliance statements and prepare outgoing customer assurance documents
- U.S. State legislation impacting food packaging, including extended producer responsibility (EPR) laws, PFAS laws, and efforts to restrict other ‘chemicals of concern’
- Specific updates on California’s Proposition 65 and SB 54 (EPR)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted and registration fees are refunded, if notice is received by April 4, 2025. If notice is given after April 4th, no refunds will be granted; however, substitutions are welcome
