2025 Advanced Pesticides Seminar

Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce the return of our Advanced Pesticides Seminar, being held May 1 – 2, 2025, in Washington, DC. This expanded two-day course will review the nuances of FIFRA and EPA’s intricate pesticides regulatory program.

The Advanced Pesticides Seminar will explore complex and in-depth pesticides regulatory topics, such as the regulation of pesticide advertising under FIFRA and by the FTC, EPA pesticide enforcement trends and resolution strategies, FIFRA audits and inspections, FIFRA and the impact of PFAS, and more. Designed and presented by the attorneys and scientists of Keller and Heckman, this course is perfect for lawyers, regulatory specialists, and scientists in the industry who work on FIFRA issues on a daily basis or have previously attended our Practical Primer on Pesticides.
